Your account

• You must be at least [18] years old and give accurate details.
• Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account.

Community rules

NewNest works because people treat each other well. Don't:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone;
• post spam, advertising outside your provider profile, or unlawful content;
• write fake reviews or reviews of providers you have a stake in;
• use the service to collect other members' personal information.

We moderate reviews, messages and members, and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Events

Events are run by their hosts: verified providers, community partners or NewNest. Hosts set capacity, sign-up deadlines and any price, and are responsible for their event. You take part at your own risk; use common sense when meeting people you don't know, and report anything unsafe to us.

Providers

We verify providers before they go live and renew the check every year, but verification is not a guarantee of their work. Any agreement for services is directly between you and the provider; NewNest is not a party to it and takes no commission.

Providers also agree to our provider terms, including the listing fee. Providers must keep their listing accurate, hold any licences their work requires, and respond to reviews respectfully. We may remove a listing that no longer meets our verification standards.

Payments

Paid features and paid events are processed by our payment provider. Prices, refunds and cancellations are shown before you pay. [ADD REFUND POLICY]

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to show it on NewNest for as long as it stays there. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Liability

We provide NewNest "as is" and do our best to keep it running and accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of members, hosts or providers, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be excluded.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law
